Joining the company in 1994, Daniel’s project responsibilities include:
Pre-Construction Services, including conceptual estimating, value engineering, management of bidding program, overall planning assistance, design review and associated pricing, general contract and sub-contractor award coordination and as an on-going resource for Project Director.

Daniel also serves as Project Director on select projects.  His responsibilities as Project Director include:
Day-to-day executive responsibilty for the project. Main liason between project team, on-site staff, Architect and Owner. Attend all on-site construction meetings.

Pre-construction activities including:
Value engineering, overall planning, conceptual estimates (as required), subcontractor qualifications, subcontractor pricing and scope clarifications, schedule development, procurement of long lead itams and contract administration.
 

Construction activities including:
General oversight of all project management operations, overall schedule and budget monitoring, bulletin pricing, processing of Owner/Architect directed changes, attend project meetings and formulation of pay request.
