Dave Monahan
Project Manager
Dave is responsible for all aspects of the building process including pre-construction budget and scope development, contract and materials procurement, schedule implementation, coordination of trade activity, and day to day project management through completion.
Dave has been with The Monahan Company since 2008 in almost every role — from laborer to Superintendent to his current position of Project Manager.
Dave received his B.A. in Economics from Michigan State University in 2008 and has since been a part of 20+ projects including a Construction Association of Michigan “Project of the Year” nominee.
