Gregory Ansell
Director of OPERATIONS
Greg is responsible for overseeing the budget development process and delivery at the Monahan Company, focusing on building a successful partnership, with sound budget development strategy, and strong communications between customer and operations to create an environment for successful project delivery.
Greg has a unique skillset and rapport. Before joining the Monahan team, Greg was as a Pre-construction Manager, site Superintendent and Project Engineer and has successfully led opportunities from pre-construction through primary field support. Historical buildings, Multi-Family, Schools, Retail, Occupied offices, Healthcare and Light industrial projects, along with scheduling proficiency are just a snapshot of the value and experience he can bring to your construction project.
Greg graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Construction Management. He resides in Oxford with his wife and 2 children. Outside of work he enjoys snowboarding, traveling, and spending time in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula at his family’s cabin.
