Kevin Monahan

Senior Project Director

Kevin is responsible for all aspects of the building process including pre-construction budget and planning, contract and materials procurement and day to day Project management through completion.

Kevin has been with The Monahan Company since 1989 in every imaginable role of the construction process including laborer, carpenter, cement finisher, Project Superintendent and Project Manager.

Kevin attended Central Michigan University and has been a part of or led dozens of award-winning Projects including 2 Governor’s Awards for Historic Preservation, LEED accredited Projects and multiple American Institute of Detroit Honor Awards.

Outside of work Kevin enjoys travel and outdoor activities including snowboarding, golf, and racket sports. 

Kevin’s lifelong goal is to continue his father and uncle’s passion of constructing great Projects for passionate Owners and Developers and being a part of Detroit’s urban renaissance.
