Located in the heart of downtown Detroit’s new Campus Martius Park, this interior restaurant build-out was completed in less than 45 days. Driven by a scheduled event known as Winterfest, the aggressive schedule was critical to the franchise’s first entry into the Detroit market. In partnership with the Client, Architect and sub contractors, The Monahan Company successfully managed the project and met the schedule goal.
