St. James Lutheran Church
Following an extensive pre-construction period with significant value engineering, The Monahan Company embarked on this landmark project for the long-standing congregation of St. James. Budget parameters were extremely rigid as were their programming requirements and in working creatively as a team both critical goals were achieved. The project consisted of (2) additions; one large gathering space with a full basement and a new administrative entrance. All existing areas of the church, with the exception of the Sanctuary, were completely renovated as well. All scheduling parameters were met and all key church ministry activities were maintained throughout the process.
