Woodward Garden Theater

The two and three-story Garden Theater building structure dates back to the late 1800’s, and was renovated in 1912 by C. Howard Crane into a 903-seat motion picture theater. The approximately 32,505 s.f. theater will be renovated into a live music venue with an estimated 808 seats. Commercial space will front Woodward on the ground floor and part of the second floor will be used for conference space, as well as a large suite for concerts. The third floor will house offices.
