Complete restoration of a vacant & decaying building in the heart of MidTown Detroit. Complete exterior restoration included selective graffiti and paint removal that was performed at Owner’s direction to retain some of the building’s original “character”. Full interior rehabilitation included tin ceiling restoration throughout, ground & polished concrete floors and extensive structural repair. Tenants include: Iconic Tattoo Shop, 8 degrees Plato specialty beer shop, Peterboro Restaurant and the Downtown Detroit Bike Shop.
