Partnering with Crosswinds Communities and BVH Architecture, The Monahan Company saved this classic structure from certain demolition. Over 110 years had taken its’ toll on the six-unit residential rowhouse in Detroit’s historic Brush Park. Complementing the historically sensitive façade renovations are modern interior space plans featuring gourmet kitchens and attached 2 car garages.
